Leading a team of 8 people, I spearheaded the design of two cutting-edge retail banking products for the Turkish operations of a leading European bank. The first product revolutionized the market with its pioneering online customer onboarding process. Through extensive collaboration with legal, compliance, IT, and regulatory bodies, we successfully designed and implemented this process, setting a new standard. Its success prompted other banks to swiftly adopt similar approaches. The second product focused on cross-selling opportunities for retail customers, with the aim of enhancing product adoption and improving customer retention.

With a budget of $4M allocated for promotion, I effectively managed campaigns that resulted in an impressive outcome: 175K active customers and a twofold increase in the cross-sell ratio within a span of just four months.
